Chief Design Officer and co-founder Sebastian Kaupert has 25 years of leadership where business meets design. From the American Express intranet to the digital presence of the International Monetary Fund, he has helped shape global organizations' brand experiences across media.

Sebastian has a career-long commitment to thinking through how the healthcare industry can make the best use of data. He has worked with Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Johnson & Johnson and GSK, and built the user-interface design and branding strategy for one of the first wearable device companies.

He is an Associate Professor in the Communication Design Department at Pratt Institute where he has been teaching for the past 20 years.
